The mill Aristaion a traditional family business located in Lithakia Zakynthos. The route starts in 1850 with the traditional animal movement press, part of which survives until today. Then went to metal and later in hydraulic presses.

Since then the technology has evolved, and the need for the creation of a modern lead us in 2008 to establish a village in new technology eco-drive processing olives.

The mill we implement food safety management system according to ISO 22000: 2005  In addition all stages of production are controlled by the inspection and certification organization of organic products DIO.

Aristeon means excellence in greek, and we live up to our name by producing the best standard of olive oil available on the UK market . Our olive oil is rich in vitamin E, monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants.

These substances are beneficial for the health of the stomach, duodenal and cardiovascular system and also reduce “bad” cholesterol, whilst increasing “good” cholesterol.

Extra virgin olive oil produced from organically grown olives, cold pressed and bottled in opaque tin containers to avoid contact with light preserving quality.

Olive oil should be kept away from light and heat, so the worst places are on a window sill, next to the stove or on top of the refrigerator. Instead, store unopened bottles in a dark cupboard or cool basement. Once you open a bottle, try to use it all within a month or two.

Suitable for salads, sauces, grilled meat and fish.
